We supply retailers across the UK (who manage bricks and mortar establishments, unfortunately we don't currently supply online only stores) plus Hotels, Guest Houses & Luxury Holiday Lets.

1. Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of Bloom Remedies, the minimum order value is £60 (ex VAT) plus shipping at cost, payable by proforma invoice. Future orders have a minimum order value of £60 (ex VAT) plus shipping at cost.

Follow-up orders have 30 day payment terms, unless the stockist is in temporary rental premises - pro forma will then be applied.

2. How to place order

● You must be a registered user to view this site. If you have not yet registered please email info@bloomremedies.co.uk with details of your business. You will be sent login details.

3. Payments

Payments can be made by direct bank transfer into the Bloom Remedies bank account; details can be found on your invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery Window

All orders will be confirmed in writing and an estimated dispatch date will be given at that time. Standard turnaround of orders is 2-5 days. We ship Mon-Fri.

5. Shipping Costs

£9.99 delivery charge on UK Mainland orders under £300 (ex VAT) shipped via Parcelforce 24 hours.

6. Shortages, Returns, Damages or Defects

We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items. Please notify any order shortages to us in writing at info@bloomremedies.co.uk within ten working days of the delivery date quoting the invoice number and the shortages.

Please contact us on the above email address within ten days of delivery date if you have received damaged or defective goods. Once we have received and checked the goods they will be replaced with new merchandise. No return requests for damaged or defective items will be accepted ten days or more after the delivery date.

7. Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

Products or goods purchased from Bloom Remedies must be sold at our suggested RRP.

8. Wholesale Pricing

Bloom Remedies reserves the right to vary prices, product descriptions and website content whenever necessary. The prices displayed on our wholesale product website pages are excluding VAT where applicable. A detailed VAT invoice will be issued by email once your order has been placed.

9. Third Party Websites

Bloom Remedies reserves the right to protect our brand and determine where our products are sold. Bloom Remedies grants permission to the Wholesale Customer to sell Bloom Remedies goods on their own generic website. Under no circumstances must goods purchased from Bloom Remedies be sold on Ebay, Amazon or any other third party websites. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions we may withdraw our permission for you to sell Bloom Remedies products immediately.

10. Content, Copyright & Image Rights

We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change any of our products without prior notification.
